what did you know about Ki Hajar Dewantara?
He was the founder of Taman Siswa school
not to mentioned he was also pioneer of education for native Indonesians in Dutch colonial time

yes, i did
He changed his name to Ki hajar Dewantara as his new name. he dropped his "raden mas" in front of his name in order to demonstrate his support for social equality and to be freely interacted with people of all social backgrounds and close to them in both physical and soul

did anything you read changed your opinion about him?
yes, it did
i learn something precious about ki hajar dewantara
his fully support in education was beyond speechless. his willingness to help all social backgrounds in education makes me think i also want to be like him, helping people to be able to get equal education
