my opinion is 5.) Conciliatory / Bersifat mendamaikan.. disini kan yg bernada marah adalah Peran yg lainnya (Anne) sedangkan yg ditanya adalah nada Lucy Maud.. disini sih menurut aku dia menjelaskan permasalahan yg ada dan mendamaikan situasi yg ada.. hehe
